Some people see phobia everywhere, discrimination everywhere.
I remember that girl, I used to watch her with my eldest daughter. She was a good presenter, most on CBEEBIES are actually, I think its their best output (certainly their least inaccurate and biased).
How many of your kids have a BAME, disabled or gay father?

Depends on the organisation... and let us not forget we aren't just talking colour or sexual.preference here. Diversity also.needs to.include people with disabilities and there even people that have complained when the beeb have chosen to hire disabled presenters.
Some people just can't cope when confronted with people that don't represent them.

A mistake but it still does not equate to.a hatred of whites, more a giving a chance to groups that have been vastly unrepresented previously. How many heads of these.organisations are BAME? They are the decision mslers and i hazard a guess they are exclusively white, so suggesting there is a anti white hatred is still.poppycock.

You mentioned gays in your response rios not me, but in with BAME you need to.include Jews who do.have a verý large presence in the media (both advertising, broadcast media and press) which is why it probably seems that there is an over reoresentation given the low number if Jewish people in society as a whole.
There has been a push to get more male carers.

It helps signify the nature of the talking head spouting shit.

2. Professor of Aardvark Gender Studies from Wokeingham University (emotionally and environmentally FLAGGED)

Debs, why do you keep doing this? You've literally invented something that I didn't say in order to argue a point.
I said BAME are over-represented (not a majority), this is not my opinion, its a fact that the BBC themselves acknowledge. Whether you think this is a good thing or not, is a matter for conjecture.
Neither did I make a judgment over whether gay people have jobs in the media, it would be illogical and probably bigoted to do so.
There are many inconvenient facts in this world that make it difficult to maintain the oppressed vs oppressor argument.
Should we redress the under-representation of white males in the teaching and health professions? Or under-representation of BAME women in the sewerage industry? What about the pay inequality in the porn and sex industry where women routinely earn more than their male counterparts.
